Uncharted Discovers The World Of Fortnite

Greetings, Fortnite fighters! I hope you are all having a blast in the third chapter that began back in December so far [6] [7]. As mentioned in a unique celebration of Valentine’s Day with my fellow gamers [28] [29], I watched the official movie based on the Uncharted franchise starring Tom Holland as Nathan Drake and praised its positive qualities [23], even though I understand that some fans would prefer the fan film starring Nathan Fillion as Nate that was released in 2018 [24]. In honour of celebrating fifteen years of the Uncharted franchise alongside the official film, the handsome and adventurous male equivalent of Lara Croft has been welcomed to the world of Fortnite [12] [13]. Yes, I know. Some of us gamers are sick and tired of hearing about Fortnite at this point and some of their crossovers with third-party characters make less sense than others [27]. Nevertheless, the third chapter has only just begun with only one season so far that included Spider-Man’s participation, including his symbiote suit most notably from Spider-Man 3 [18]. Furthermore, there is still a lot of potential for some more crossovers that are at least legit in terms of enriching both wittiness and skilled weaponry [5].

Of course, this is not the first crossover Nathan Drake has been in. Remember his rivalry with Sly Cooper, along with his eventual role reversal with Crash Bandicoot [10] [17] [22]? [12] [13]

Firstly, there is the incarnation of Mr. Drake based on his origin in the live-action film in Fortnite graphics, along the version of Chloe Frazer played by Sophia Ali [12] [13] [24]. The resemblances sure are striking. Secondly, the older and more experienced equivalent from Uncharted 4: Thief’s End is ready for the battle to not perish in the storm [16], especially for those who consider Uncharted 4 to be their favourite game of the series. The incarnation of Chloe that is more notably from Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is also encased in the cartoony realism of the ongoing roster of crossovers [15]. They all look quite vibrant with accurately selected colours in the further expanded world of Fortnite [12] [13]. This is similar to how the younger Lara Croft from the Survivor timeline of the Tomb Raider franchise and the bolder and more experienced Lara from Tomb Raider Anniversary are part of the collaboration with the sixth season of the previous chapter of Fortnite, along with the old school Lara beautifully re-rendered for a variety of tomb raiders who are also Fortnite fighters [27]. I am sure there are fans of the Uncharted franchise who prefer to ship Nate with Chloe [24], so go ahead and ship away, sailors.

And imagine how determined one Fortnite fighter would still be when it comes to fighting for survival! [12] [13]

As previously stated, some collaborations from the seasons of the previous chapters make less sense than others [27]. I do not doubt Chloe and Lara will be an awesome duet when it comes to combining female empowerment in archeology, whether it will be with their less experienced or their hardened selves [12] [13] [27]. I think Nathan and Deadpool will get along well, considering they are both charming and skilled in gunnery [3] [4]. Surely, the dance moves, especially the floss are too witty for third-party characters like Kratos from the God of War franchise [5] [9] [27], but at least he will still be the vengeful fighter and father figure we shall behold in God of War Ragnarök later this year [8] [14]. I can see that there have been so many characters from other franchises participating in the seasons of Fortnite because of how popular and profitable it has become ever since its launch back in 2017 [5]. Nonetheless, I still understand that many of the ambitious crossovers seem forced, overshadowing potential for the original Fortnite characters to stand out and some third-party properties are better off left alone without any need for a crossover [27], despite how there is always a story on fanfiction.net to check out for the sake of potential. 

It would be wittily awkward to be the Tom Holland Nate interaction with Spider-Man, considering Holland is also the current Peter Parker [21]. [12] [13]

What is ultimately more important than a forced crossover would be being the one to survive the storm [5]! [12] [13]

In conclusion, two incarnations of Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer joining the ambitiously large Fortnite league during the third chapter is pretty much the three iconic incarnations Lara Croft being a Fortnite fighter in the sixth season of the second chapter back in 2021 all over again [12] [13] [27]. Speaking of different seasons, I might as well write a witty spoof of the Ayo Beatz remix of I Wish by Joel Corry and Mabel that consists of lyrics based on the second season of Helluva Boss later this year or two [2] [11] [26]. As for Drake in Fortnite, do any of the other third-party characters from previous collaborations fancy a drink served by him [23]? I still think there ought to be a second crossover with Deadpool that features his classic red gloves and the yellow X-Force T-shirt from Deadpool 2 if there will be more crossovers to come in the new chapter of Fortnite [4] [25]. Besides, he just cannot help but react to forthcoming adventures of other Marvel heroes [1]. I wonder what could be next. Ratchet and Clank in the next season of the third chapter [18] [19]? Outside of Fortnite, I am up for seeing a sequel to the Uncharted film with several improvements, especially more faithfulness to the games [23].
